There seems to be no clear infrastructure or staffing levels in place and the manager has been asked to leave due to poor performance and lack of effective management. The new owner has asked you to report on the key roles required and the main planning aspects to improve the hotel and make it a success. To do this you also have to compare it to a known 5-star Hotel and an established Bed-&-Breakfast.
