We all have at one time or another been that challenging customer for the customer service representative. This week's project assignment will help you to build coping mechanisms for handling challenging customers and how to continue to be motivated to satisfy the needs of that challenging customer. Please address of the following questions as you create the slides for this section of your project.
1. Research and list some tools you will use to cope with challenging customers.
2. Discuss the benefits of using the aforementioned tools for the company.
3. What will you use as a roadmap to improve your skills in communicating with challenging customers?
4. List some common motivating factors positive and negative customer service representatives need to successfully accomplish the goals of the organization.
5. How will you use motivating factors to improve your customer service skills?
6. Discuss how you will improve your self-concept and self-motivation to achieve excellence in customer service.
