If I had to evaluate how satisfied parents or guardians are with the after-school tutoring and activities we provide, I would likely employ a quantitative method.  I would use a simple survey with rating scale questions. The reason is that it's an easy way to collect feedback from a lot of people quickly, and it gives us numbers to measure satisfaction levels. I would choose this method because it's also easier to organize the information and present it to others, like managers or people who support the program. They're usually more interested in numbers and trends rather than reading through long written answers from everyone.  For example, asking parents to rate their satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5 helps us see exactly how well we're doing and spot any areas where we might need to improve.
