The purpose of this discussion offers you the opportunity to express your own thoughts and gain insight from your classmates' responses to improve your communication skills in developing appropriate criminal justice policy issue recommendations.
In your initial post, address the following:
• Provide a summary of your project
• Identify both strengths and weaknesses of investigating your critical criminological issue. Include the topics or areas you still have
questions about so your classmates can provide suggestions.
• Discuss pros and cons of researching your project. Was it easy to find the resources? Are the resources up-to-date? What trends can be established across the research? Do they all support one approach or include many contradicting findings?
In responding to at least two of your classmates, consider the following:
• Is there anything your classmates can do to improve on their project?
• Are there any additional strategies or recommendations that should be considered?
• Can you identify any potential pitfalls to evidence collection and research analysis?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
