Discuss micronutrient function in energy metabolism

Problem: Chapter 12-Micronutrient Function in Energy Metabolism-covers thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin B-6. Consider these four nutrients. Did your new 3-day intake period keep your thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B-6 intake within recommendations-at least 75 % of the DRI and lower than the UL or CDRR value? Which of those 4 nutrients were consumed in inadequate amounts (less than 75 % of recommendation) or excessive amounts (greater than the UL or CDRR)? If thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and/or vitamin B-6 intake did not meet recommendations, what dietary modifications do you need to make to meet those recommendations? Be very specific in terms of foods/beverages to add or remove including amounts to meet goals.
