Instructions
You will now examine how individuals, teams, and the organization as an entity learn.
Identify the significant differences (or similarities) relevant to how each level of the organization learns. Then, prepare an evaluation of two or three significant opportunities that are most needed or likely to have a positive impact in the organization you have chosen to research.
Discuss how you will implement these opportunities and what changes may be required to overcome any obstacles you can anticipate.
Support your evaluation with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 6 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your evaluation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
