Assignment:
We need to create 4 to 5 slide powerpoint presentation including detailed speaker notes, directed towards the head(Mandy Candie -CEO)
I suggest we only do 4-5 slides due to the time constraint. We need to include in the speaker notes "what the changes will be" and "why these changes will allow the firm to succeed in the future". This should be directed to the head of our organization. To speed things along, I have divided us up into groups to focus on each as follows:
Currently have 500 employees. Since the merger, we will have 5000 employees, but need to hire an additional 1500 employees to service clients in the different areas. The additional employees will allow us to service our clients in different areas and meet our large order demands for our most popular Red Swirl Cream Cheese candy(one of our products) quicker.
-There needs to be a development plan for all employees to become skilled in the operation of purchases received through Internet base sales for clients in the Western Region, Northern Region, Southern Region and Easter Region.
-Hiring of 4 regional managers to give our global clients a single point of contact
