Create a proposal for a background investigations policy to be presented to the human resources department for approval and adoption. Your presentation should be appropriately focused so it best promotes your policy proposal to the organization.
Create a 200- to 300-word policy that addresses the following areas in the background check and the parameters by which they are Investigated:
- Specific criminal offenses that preclude hiring
-Actions to be taken if non- favorable information is discovered
