b. Context for podcast: Information, including your name and relevant background, that explains who is speaking and why.

c. Main goal: The central idea you plan to communicate. Your goal should be centered around how the 10 Skills and a Philosophy of Change have helped you-and can help others-exercise problem solving skills.

B. Body: This contains most of the content you're communicating. It should be organized into several specific and focused main points. Each main point should also have one or more supporting subpoints.

a. First point: 1-2 minutes. An overview of your Philosophy of Change.

i. Support: Evidence or a specific example to help expand on your first point.

b. Second point: 1-2 minutes. An overview of the 10 Skills and their importance.

i. Support: Evidence or a specific example to help expand on your second point.

c. Third point: 3-5 minutes. The relationship between the 10 Skills (including specific skills and examples) and your Philosophy of Change.

i. Support: Evidence or a specific example to help expand on your third point.

C. Conclusion: Less than 1 minute. This is where you sum things up, reminding listeners of your central idea and signaling that you're almost done.

a. Restate goal: A reminder or restatement of your goal and main points.

b. Memorable closing: A few sentences that offer a final, memorable thought about your experience with the 10 Skills and change.
