2. Directive - Issuing instructions and commands, Assigning goals.
3. Transactional - Providing personal rewards, providing material rewards, managing by exception (active), managing by exception (passive).
4. Transformational - Providing vision, expressing idealism, using inspirational communication, has high-performance expectations.
5. Empowering - Encouraging independent action, opportunity thinking, team work, self-development, and participative goal setting.
