Develop an algorithm that allows you to "replace" a fair roulette wheel (with 37 pockets numbered from 0 to 36) by a balanced die (with six faces labelled from 1 to 6). In other words, develop an exact algorithm for sampling a discrete random variable X uniformly distributed in {0, 1, 2, . . . , 36} by using a sequence (Yk)k≥0 of i.i.d. discrete random variables uniformly distributed in {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}.
