2. Prepare a report outlining the methodology and findings of the TNA. You should focus both on training and non- training needs. The report should have the following sections
- Overview of the company and position
- Findings of the Organizational analysis
- Findings of the operational analysis
- Findings of the person analysis
- Gap Areas
- Appendix -Include the documents used for the analysis and a bibliography.
