Create a 2-page corrective action plan based on a hypothetical problem that developed as a result of the strategic plan your Learning Team developed.
Include the following in your plan:
o Description of the problem or weakness, including the root cause
o Stakeholders accountable for the corrective action
o Two to three measurable solutions to the problem
o Stakeholders accountable for implementing and monitoring the solutions
o Timeline allowed with a deadline
o Strategy for monitoring the progress
o Long-term strategic management recommendations
