The office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) developed SHARP vignettes containing fictional example cases from the U.S army Criminal Investigation Command. The vignettes demonstrated different forms of assault with varied outcomes based on the scenerio. They also demonstrate situations that could lead to sexual harassment or sexual assault within the units. These scenarios contain situations that may or may not have a "right" answer. The vignettes are designed to generate discussion in small groups in order to develop greater awareness of sexual assault and sexual harassment among soldiers and are designed to supplement SHARP training within the Army units. But is this tool being utilized by units across the Army? If so how do they impact the outcome of SHARP training? If not, should leaders take the initiative and implement it within the training for their teams? Use your experience and knowledge of Army SHARP training to answer the question.
