In order to re-focus the public on Chick-fil-A's history, and reinforce the companies purpose statement of treating all customers with respect regardless of their race, religion, or sexual orientation ABC Consulting group intends to develop a new employee training program that will personalize customer service. This personalized service will rely upon the skills employed by each employee when interacting with the public. The consultants will collect data about how employees are trained, how they employ the skills learned during the existing training program as well as customer responses, or complaints in order to understand how in depth the training program will need to be. ABC Consulting will incorporate existing data from the sales system if it is available. The consultant will also use existing research on interpersonal relationships and developing communications skills. The consultant's team will require access to the Chick-fil-A sales database to gather the existing sales information. Once the team has gathered the information they will group it into separate groups identifying the different customer responses, and employee skill levels in an attempt to identify the project starting point. Should your organization agree with our proposal we can begin work on the project in two weeks' time. This is the time needed to ensure we have an appropriate amount of researchers available to conduct the preliminary research for each location. It will take approximately three months to gather the information from each location, whether a company owned store or franchise owned. Upon completion of the research, the lead consultant team will prepare their plan for the new training and an implementation timeline.
