Objective
Develop a mentality of creation and application of programs or services that can promote social change in the youth population in Puerto Rico.
Instructions:
You must select one of two approaches: juvenile delinquency prevention or treatment for juvenile offenders.
• Select a specific problem
• Develop a short investigative proposal that includes, but is not limited to the following:
o The perspective underlying the program or service
o The population to be served and why,
o The design of the program or service (methods of implementation) and
o The expected result.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
