1. Develop a list of the key jobs for which your business will hire during the first three years of operations. Develop a brief job description for each.  This includes jobs during the startup phase and during the first three years of operations. For each job description, outline the minimum and desirable qualifications. Consider credentials, certifications and or licenses, education and experience. Outline the costs of credentials and hires.

2. Develop a brief Human Resource Strategy; include processes and guidelines for recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining employees. Discuss a three-year timeframe for the hiring of employees. How much will the business are spending on employees per quarter and yearly.

3. Define your decision-making strategies. Discuss your communication processes and how decisions will be made. Are you involving employees in this process, explain. Briefly discuss the roles, duties and responsibilities of owners.
