Determining the moment of inertia of the wheel

A wheel free to rotate around its axis which is not frictionless is primarily at rest. A constant external torque of +57 N•m is exerted to the wheel for 24 s, giving the wheel an angular velocity of +660 rev/min. The external torque is then eliminated, and the wheel comes to rest 120 s later. (Comprise the sign in your answers.)

(i) Determine the moment of inertia of the wheel.

(ii) Determine the frictional torque that is supposed to be constant.
