A sample of an unknown hydrate of manganese (II) chloride (MnCl2·nH2O) which is having 5.615 g, is heated until all the water of hydration is removed. The MnCl2 which remains has a mass of 3.570 g. Determine the number of moles of manganese (II) chloride are in the sample?
