A big grinding wheel in the shape of a solid cylinder of radius 0.330 m is free to rotate on a frictionless and vertical axle. A constant tangential force of 290 N exerted to its edge causes the wheel to encompass an angular acceleration of 1.094 rad/s2.

(iii) When the wheel begins from rest, determine its angular velocity after 5.90 s have elapsed, supposing the force is acting during that time?
