Problem:
I am a spanish resident and I have a uk company. I take a dividend from it. What tax will I have to pay in spain and do I get a credit back with a dividend certificate from the uk company. I am told it is 15% less a 10% credit. If this is correct is there any amount youm can take or is there a scale of tax.
