Assignment:

Chief of Police will write a 4 to 6 page reflective analysis paper about the leadership legacy they hope to create during their career. Chief of Police will begin their paper by explaining who they are and what they stand for as a leader.( Treating the public fairly and the police woven in the community) Students will then select five learning objectives they feel are most important to their leadership legacy. They will include enough discussion of the learning objective so it's obvious to the reader the student is confident in their knowledge about the learning objective topic.

For each learning objective selected, students need to explain why it's important to their leadership, supporting their thoughts with information from class discussions, course textbooks, class readings. From the five learning objectives selected the student will identify one of the objectives that they feel will be most challenging for them to incorporate into their leadership legacy. This paper will be due to the instructor no later than one week after the course is completed.
