A stiffened panel structure is shown in the figure below. The thickness of each of the skin panels is 1.6 mm and the rods each have a circular cross section of area A = 90 mm².

Assume that the stiffing rods carry all the bending loads and that the skin sections only transfer shear between the rods. Determine the axial loads in the stiffeners and the shear flow in each of the skin panels (state any additional assumptions).
