1. You could disagree with or take an opposite position to the response, but be able to back up your position with the literature. In other words, do not simply say, I agree with your posts, or I do not agree. Give your reasons, which must be based or supported by reliable literature.

2. You could determine that your peer's response reveals errors in thinking or understanding the readings or concepts. Discuss these by pointing to the correct information in the literature. Be respectful in your response. You may say something like..." I notice you made a point that may not be quite accurate. I have read in the Unit material or the article by Sam (2009) that .......... What do you think is an accurate way to look at this?"

3. You believe that you can enhance the student's response by taking the discussion further to show insights into the concepts or application of the concepts. 

4. You may want to synthesise or evaluate your colleague's response for better understanding.

Learning centres, by the nature of their design, allow each child to work at his/her individual developmental level (Isbell, 1995). Based on this statement, justify the inclusion of learning centres in Early Childhood classrooms.
