Determine integers that can-t be expressed as sum

Integers can also be expressed as sum of consecutive integers, e.g.

9=4+5, 6=1+2+3, 12=3+4+5, 15=4+5+6 etc, etc. or can they?

i) Determine integers greater than 2 that can't be expressed as sum of consecutive integers(you can use as many cosecutive integers as you wish to try and get to target number)

ii) If you find any such integers, determine the pattern/rule/equation (or equations) that forecasts which integers can't be made by adding consecutive integers.

iii) If you find the equation or equations which work(or appears to) try to prove that all numbers forecasted by the rule(s) can't be formed by adding consecutive integers, no matter how long the string of consecutive integers you use.
