Determine how much energy is free in the explosion

A body 23 kg is moving through space in the positive direction of an x axis having a speed of 170 m/s when, due to the internal explosion, it breaks into three parts. One part, having a mass of 6.9 kg, moves away from the point of explosion with a speed of 130 m/s in the positive y direction. The second part, having a mass of 8.9 kg, moves in the negative x direction having a speed of 410 m/s. Determine the (i) x-component and (ii) y-component of the velocity of the third part? (iii) Determine how much energy is free in the explosion? Avoid effects due to the gravitational force.
