At peel school board you are the team lead and, as such, are responsible for designating personnel for special internal projects in your area of expertise.
In two months, another such project is scheduled to begin; you can make up a likely project idea or about one from an actual project at your workplace. You must assemble a team to get the project going. Your first task is to choose a project leader from among the members of your own department.
Using your knowledge of the field, determine factors to consider in order to establish criteria for choosing the best candidate as your team leader. Create relevant data for two or three possible candidates, then in an analytical memo report, evaluate each candidate and decide which to choose and why, ranking each section for an objective outcome.
