Assignment: Staffing Plan
You are the HR manager of the Durango, CO store of a large home improvement products chain. You have been asked by the organization's Board of Directors to present the annual staffing plan for your store. Table 1 below indicates current staffing levels and forecasting:

Include the following in your presentation:
1. An examination of recruiting strategies.
2. An analysis of projected shortages and surpluses.
3. Construct a detailed staffing plan by position including the advantages and disadvantages of internal, external or outsourced recruiting to address employee shortages.
4. Determine any potential limitations of your plan.
