Assignment: Design the Training Plan Using the ADDIE Model

Using the ADDIE model, design a training plan based on the findings and training outcomes revealed in your TNA. CONTINUE WITH THE ORGANIZATION YOU USED IN ASSIGNMENT 1 and 2 AND…:For this assignment, you will focus most heavily on the Design Phase of the ADDIE instructional design process to develop a comprehensive plan for a well-thought through and well-designed training program. Include a brief paragraph describing the organization and training issue. Include your learning objectives and outcomes as well. The rest of the training plan should include new information which answers the following questions, at a minimum:

What is the purpose of the training? What are the intended outcomes of it?

How will the training be delivered (e.g., online, face-to-face via a classroom or on-the-job, hybrid/blended approach, or other)?

What training materials and audio-visuals will be used with the training?

How much will the training cost? (What is the expected budget for the training program?). PLEASE INCLUDE A DETAILED BUDGET as part of your plan.

What other intervention(s) besides training are needed to close the performance gap?

Who needs to be trained?

What knowledge, skills, and attitudes need to be developed in the target group of trainees?

Your proposed plan should also include a detailed outline that shows how the training will be laid out, what activities will be included, in what order, and how much time those activities will take (approximately).
