Problem
Suppose we have a multilevel security database.
• Analysis and compare the advantages and disadvantages for the two access control models: MAC and RBAC, if they are used for this database. Give a brief description of your design for the access control for this database.
• Log files are important for monitoring the database. Design the format of an access log file for this database. Basically, you need to indicate what kind of information need to be written in the log file and how to write them. Note that we need to keep each record as small as possible so that the log file will not grow too fast. On the other hand, all the important information related to access security need to be written, and that is easy to analysis by a computer program.
