Design an excess-2 code converter to drive a seven-segmentindicator . the four inputs to the conducter circuit is (A,B,C, andd) represent it in Excess-2 code decimal digit. the inputs aredigits 0-9, so the six unused combinations are dont cares. so design your circuit using only two-, three-,and four-inputs NANDgates and inverters. try to minimize the number of gates andinverters . (A,b,c,d ) will be availble from the toggleswitches . any solution with 17 or fewer gates and inverters( not counting the four inverters for the inputs) is acceptable.
