Design a hydraulic radial pistons motor for 320 bar 7000 nm

Part 1

Design the actuation of a jaw rock crusher. Data:
- Maximum 1600 t;
- Active stroke of 160 mm;
- Maximum force needed on average 20% of the active stroke, with 250 t on average for the rest of the active stroke; - Frequency - 16 strokes a minute;
Design will involve calculations and selection of the components of the entire hydraulic circuit, including electrical motor(s) to drive the pump(s), hydraulic diagram and sequence of control commands.

Part 2

Design a hydraulic radial pistons motor for 320 bar, 7000 Nm and 120 rpm
Design will involve hydraulic and mechanical calculations, down to CAD models and drawings of the motor/components/distribution system, selection of bearings and design of hydrostatic bearings, seals, materials and tolerances.
A complete and sound solution should attempt to include the following:

Part 1
- Presentation of multiple potential solutions with a pertinent critical analysis of each of them;
- Minimisation of energy used, reduction of pulsations in the circuit, reduction of costs of the actuation; - Automation Studio simulation and validation of the calculations, including energy losses;
- Consideration of safety operation of the circuit and standard operation procedure (SOP)

Part 2:
- Calculation and minimization of non-uniformity of output torque;
- Mathematical modeling of the output torque of the motor considering friction and losses;
- Minimization of cost of the motor by using an appropriate balance between tolerances and losses; - FEA simulation of the pressure-loaded parts;
