Design a combinational circuit that computes the 4-bit leading zero detecting function. A leading zero detecting function counts the number of zeros in the most significant bits before the first '1'. For example if the input is 0010, the output is 2 (i.e., 010 in binary), if the input is 1111, the output is 0, and finally if the input is 0000, the output is 100. Note that your design must use minimal number of gates. Help me I will rate you life saver and give points!!!
