THE FICTIONAL SCENARIO: This fictional organization is a medium size, accounting and auditing firm. (Know as Dunder Mifflin.) The firm consists of approximately 500 employees; 100 of these employees are field auditors, who are required to travel to client sites throughout the United States. Other employees come from a variety of job types and levels (receptionists, secretaries, file clerks, staff accountants, CPA's, attorneys, and information technology professionals and management).

DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL INITIATIVES/PROGRAMS: The "Initiative" is the development of a "E-Learning program" for this organization that has decided to use the Internet for training and development.
