Assignment task: Working with a partner, choose one of the dream organizations you developed in the first assignment, and construct a plan for a communication campaign for the launch of your new product, service, or cause. The purpose is to develop an engaged and loyal audience. The goal of loyalty campaigns is ultimately to increase the total revenue generated by a customer over their lifetime as a customer. They might do this by reducing attrition, or by increasing the frequency or quantity of purchases. Loyalty campaign tactics might include discounts and special perks for existing customers or they might just be an attempt to upsell/cross-sell. Example loyalty objective: Increase active customers purchasing online at least once a month to 30. The plan should be two to four pages using standard professional fonts and spacing.
