Discussion Post: Professional Dispositions
A professional working relationship with your chair is essential but not automatic. This is an aspect of professional dispositions. Consider carefully the habits you will hone in order to develop and maintain an effective relationship with your chair.

Reflect on the readings and your work in this course, as well as your own interpersonal skills.
To complete:
Address these topics in your Discussion post:
1) Share 2 or 3 paragraphs to describe your plan to develop and maintain a great relationship with your chair and second committee member.
2) Explain the steps that you would take if your efforts do not seem to be creating a relationship that is working.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
