This is an individual assignment, all work is to be your own original writing. Two Word docs are required.
Save your responses in the Word Template document provided below, along with your APA References provided in a separate generic Word document. Make sure your name is typed at the top of your References Word document.
Questions:
1. List the five main process groups as defined by the Project Management Institute in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Provide a brief definition of each process group.
2. Define each of the PMBOK processes relating specifically to time management (section 6 in PMBOK)
3. Describe the concept ‘triple constraints' and why they're important in project management. Explain time, cost, scope and quality, and trade-offs among the constraints.
4. Describe three different types of projects that you have undertaken or managed in your work, school or personal life.
a. For each project, provide sufficient information that readers understands time, cost, scope and quality expectations.
b. Explain how the projects satisfy the definition of ‘project'
c. For each project described, indicate how the project was constrained by one or more of the ‘triple constraints', and what trade-offs were made
5. Identify four possible consequences of ineffective project scheduling for professional Project Managers. Provide rationale.
