Describe the topic you have selected so it is clear what

This week, we will focus on the Discussion and Conclusion section of the final paper.

The syllabus lists the parts of the paper, but below details each section:

The Final paper AIUSThave the following Headings in the paper (this is mandatory):

. Introduction- Describe the topic you have selected so it is clear what you are analyzing. The current status of the topic should explained as well as what the paper will investigate.

. Problem Statement- Should be a statement that outlines the problem addressed by the study; the statement should outline a gap in the literature that deserves to be investigated.

. Purpose- What the research is about. It provides a focus for the writing.

. Literature review- Review the seminal works on the topic/issue you have selected. This includes past works as well as current ones. In your paper, you should first break down the theoretical origin of your theory (the "Theoretical Background") and then examine articles testing the theory (the "Literature Review"). These articles should be the articles you presented in class about your topic.

. Theoretical Framework and Research Hypotheses-Your Problem Statement and research questions should help specify hypotheses. Hypotheses are declarative sentences that assume a relationship between two or more variables.

Good hypotheses should come directly from the research questions. You should also have a "conceptual model" picture in this section.

. Research Methodology-Details the design and procedures used in research or the research you are reviewing. Includes the population size, subjects, sampling strategy, statistical tools, survey instruments, definition of variables, etc.

. Discussion and Implications- A discussion of the issues supporting your stance or a brief general discussion of the general components of the issue. This should be followed by a more focused view on the components that supports your core argument.

. Future Research-A brief discussion of the future of the topic as you perceive it.

. Conclusion/Recommendations- A brief summation of what your total paper investigated and/or the findings, and what possible recommendations you would make.

Summary Outline of Research Paper

Throughout this course, students will be developing the main elements contained within an academic research proposal.

By the end of the course, students will have completed an individual research proposal, including the research background, problem and purpose, research question and/or hypotheses, literature review, and method.

Upon the start of this course, students will need to begin thinking of a business area of focus, within which they will research a problem.

As instruction is completed in particular areas of the research process, students will need to complete those portions of individual research proposal.

Research manuscript should be completed in an APA format style, 12 size Times New Roman font, double spaced, and 1 inch margins.

Manuscript length should be as per guidelines below:

Introduction, problem statement, and purpose2 - 3 pages Literature Review 2 - 3 pages

Theoretical Framework and Research Hypotheses 2 - 3 pages

Research Methodology 3 - 4 pages

Discussions and Implications 2 - 3 pages

Conclusion 1 page

Reference List 2 - 3 pages

Use Word or Excel to draw the picture for the Conceptual model.

Also be sure to define each variable (use definitions from peer reviewed journals) used in the Conceptual model/Hypotheses in the Research Methodology section.
