Discussion Post: Logic Model For An After School Program
Submit a 2 to 3 page logic model
1. Describe the social problem being addressed, the purpose of your program and the target population(s).
2. Describe the inputs, outputs, and outcomes are represented in your model.
3. Describe the approach you used to create your logic model.
4. Analyze how your logic model can be used to conduct research.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
