Introduction of Rotary Encoder to Motor

Add a rotary encoder to the motor and control the number of turns automatically by counting pulses until a fixed number of pulses occur. Then turn the motor off. You may observe pulses with the oscilloscope. There are 1024 pulses per revolution of the encoder shaft.
