The second section should describe team-based communications within your work environment and mention their advantages and disadvantages. Do they help, or hinder, progress toward achieving the organization's mission and goals?

The third and final section of this paper should address how your company does or should address intercultural communications.

Should be formatted according to APA standards, include a title page, the body of the essay, and a references page. It must include information from at least two sources that is cited correctly both in the body of the essay and in the references page.
