• How does the organization train new employees? What kinds of employee training are offered?
• How is technology used to measure employee performance?
• What are some of the management issues with the current human resources technology system?
• What else can tell me about human resources challenges?
• What are some of the Human Resources Problems that see?
• Do employees use the Family Medical Leave Act ?
After manager discusses questions it is a task to reflect upon what learned. In a report, conclude with some analysis, reflection and make some recommendations about how to solve that problem.

In sum, with a little bit of guidance, a manager can describe several actual human resource problems. If saying "human resources" confuses your manager, then offer the list of functions of HR: recruitment for new hires, selection and hiring, training, training new employees, performance appraisal, compensation, safety.
To get your manager talking, suggest some typical HR problems: TURNOVER, absenteeism, a poor performance problem, safety accidents, the time that training takes, training does not work, conflict, and much more.
