The type of data collected in each different facility's patient health records is established by required standards or regulations.
Describe each data set element, who developed the data set, and compare the similarities and differences of each data set to the others for the following 3 data sets:
• Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (UHDDS) for inpatients
• Uniform Ambulatory Care Data Set (UACDS) for outpatient or ambulatory patients
• Minimum Data Set (MDS) for long-term care.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
