Derive equation calculating efficiency of power generator

A gasoline powergen consists of a gasoline engine designed to convert the chemical energy (cheE) of gasoline to mechanical work and a generator designed to convert the mechanical work of gasoline engine to electricity. When operated at 2 kW (power output of gasoline engine), the efficiency of a gasoline engine, defined as the ratio of mechanical power produced relative to the rate of gasoline cheE of consumed, is 30%. The efficiency of the generator in converting the mechanical work of gasoline to electricity is 90%. The specific cheE of gasoline is e MJ kg cheE gasoline 43 MJ/kg

a) present the definition of engine efficiency using an equation;

b) derive an equation calculating the efficiency of the power generator in converting the chemical energy to electricity with the known efficiency of gasoline engine and generator;

c) find the power output of the generator;

d) find the output current of the generator if voltage is 110 volt;

e) find total mechanical work produced by this engine in each hour;
