Using software (e.g., GenoPro, Genogram Analytics, Lucidchart, or hand-drawn- (do not pay for any software unless you plan to use it in the future), include the following:
At least three generations including yourself, your siblings/stepsiblings, parents and their siblings, stepparents, and grandparents and their siblings if known.
Basic demographic info: names, ages, dates of birth/death, marriages/divorces, children.
Medical history (if known): chronic illnesses, mental health issues, addictions, causes of death.
Emotional relationships: close, distant, conflicted, cut-off, etc.
Cultural or spiritual background of family members.
Use standard genogram symbols as provided in the video. The genogram graphic with title page and reference page are the only items required for this assignment.
