Describe and discuss Amazon's capital composition. This should include, but not be limited to addressing:
- DEBT POSITION: How many types of bonds issued by your firm are currently trading? What are their rates of return?
- EQUITY POSITION: What is your firm's current market capitalization? Clearly identify the relationship between its current market cap and how much money was raised at the IPO (and and subsequent SEOs). What does this tell you about how the market views the company? What does it tell you about how the company is doing?
- CASH: How much net cash (or cash equivalents) is your company currently sitting on? Is this substantially more/less than your comparison firms? Why do you think that is?
- ASSETS: Does your company have a considerable stock of assets that can be pledged against? Are these assets largely tangible? How liquid are they?
