Creative thinking is the ability

Critical thinking involves not only close and careful reading and re-reading but trenchant writing and re-writing to focus, clarify and elaborate your expression. A key element of delving deeper into your ideas is knowing-what-you-know and knowing-what-you-don't-know. It is also thinking about what-you-know, or whatyou-don't-know, why you know it, and what that means to you, your readers and dissenters.
Creative thinking is the ability to link and connect seemingly disparate ideas, matter and concepts in a manner that is either sincere or playful. An essayist may use either Gilbert, Carr and/or Stout to provide a frame through which to discuss the other two articles.
Chose either Gilbert, Carr and/or Stout. Use your choice to frame a clear and profound thesis. Write a case that supports an argument of your own devising which connects the other two readings via your frame reading.
