Problem: As I have learned, there are many forces/factors that create organizational change such as technology, legislation, consumer demand. I have two corporations that I have seen grow and advanced over the years; one being Amazon.com, and the other is Microsoft. Can you explain (if there is one factor or was there many) what specifically changed each of these organizations by the factors listed above and why? I do know technology and consumer demand had an influence on them, what about legislation and/or any other factors. Thoughts?
