Create an external style sheet that specifies - the html

Scenario:

1. HTML Style Sheets

Create an external style sheet that specifies the following formatting features:

- H1 headings appear in font family Courier, color red, and centered
- H2 headings appear in font family Forte, colored in blue (and not centered)
- Set the body font size to 18 point and the font family to Arial
- Indent the text marked by DIV tag with class attribute called MOVE by 50 pt pixels and sets the font size to 16point.
- Ordered lists are to have orange text of courier font, size 10 point and background color green.

Apply these formatting features to the home page of the company web site (the first page from assignment # 1).

Add internal style sheet to the home page of the company web site. The style should describe appearance of unordered list HTML element which is located within

element in font size 20 color red.

The home page must clearly demonstrate each feature in the style sheets. If the home page doesn't contain corresponding HTML elements, add them to the page.

2. HTML Forms

The company needs to collect customers' requests through the Internet. Create a form that collects these requests.

This form will use the processing program "formProc.cgi", which is located at www.goeverywhere.com/cgi-bin. The program does not need to be created. (Pretend it exists.) You just create the interface, which is the form.

The form should have elements where the user can:

- Enter first name, last name, E-mail address into appropriate text boxes;
- Indicate the purpose of the request using a checkbox set. There should be three checkboxes indicating information about tours, hotels or flight reservations;
- Indicate the nature of their interests using a radio button set. There should be two options to choose from: professional and personal;
- Select a destination from the menu (list box). There must be at least 3 options;
- Select a tour from drop-down list box menu. There must be at least 5 options.
- Form must contain submit and reset buttons;
- Add a name to a control element where it is appropriate.

Part 1

- The HTML code for the style sheet and home page, along with a printout of the browser window showing the home page.

You may submit black-and-white printouts.

Part 2

- The HTML code for the form, along with two printouts of the browser window. These two printouts are to show different customer data and different selections from the menu, drop-down list box, and checkbox and radio button sets.
