Question 2:
Create an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for the following library case:
The library has to keep records of books that are stored in their system and any new books that are added along with newer versions of the books. Details about the authors and publishers of these books also need to be stored.
Books are identified by their title and ISBN. Each publisher can publish many books, but a book can only have one publisher, although some books may have more than one author.
When a book is borrowed, the librarian needs to record the date of when the book was borrowed and who has borrowed the book (ie: details about the borrower). A borrower can only borrow 3 books at any time and needs to return the books within 3 weeks.
Note: Clearly indicate any primary and/or foreign keys for each entity, and include cardinalities in your ERD. Also add at least 3 attributes for each entity.
Question 3:
Create a data flow diagram, using your personal experience and understanding of the library functions similar to what is noted in the above case (in question 2).
